Health and safety
Vaccinations
All cats must be fully vaccinated including FeLV - (Feline Leukemia Virus)
This means each cat must have a valid vaccine certificate signed by a vet and vaccines must have been administered within the last 12 months.and this must be provided prior to arrival.
Parasite treatment
Cats must be up-to-date with flea and worm treatments.
All cats will be examined for fleas on admission. If not recently treated, suitable medication will be administered and treatment will be given at your expense.
If a cat is found to have fleas or worms, the owner will be liable for any treatment and environmental costs incurred.
Medical
Full details of any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed and any medication with clear instructions must be provided
Vet care
If a cat becomes unwell, the homestay will contact your vet or another vet. You are liable for all vet fees.
Booking and payment
Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Booking
A confirmed booking (by any means, verbal or written) forms a contract with us, and subject to the cancellation rights below
Fees are due in full on the booking start date.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation a fee will be charged, if less than 14 days’ notice the full fee will be payable, with 21 days’ notice, 50% of the booking fee would be payable and more than 28 days’ notice 25%

OTHER TERMS
Uncollected cats
The homestay reserves the right to rehome a cat that is not collected within a specified period after the booking ends, after making reasonable efforts to contact the owner.
Personal data
Information provided is logged for the cat's care and the booking, and contact information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Records will be kept for a minimum of 24 months.
